Meet Apostle Raheem Turane, Senior Servant Leader of GROW Church Houston—a visionary leader, preacher, author, church planter, and devoted servant of Jesus Christ whose ministry is centered on transformation, development, and Kingdom advancement.

A native New Yorker and September 11th survivor, Apostle Raheem’s life and ministry have been shaped by resilience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to helping people discover who God has called them to become. He is a seven-time author, Certified Crisis Chaplain, experienced church planter, and advocate for emotional and spiritual wholeness.

Committed to both spiritual formation and theological education, Apostle Raheem earned his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Deus Divinity. His preparation, combined with years of pastoral and leadership experience, has equipped him to communicate biblical truth with clarity while developing leaders who can effectively serve both the Church and the marketplace.

Having been consecrated as a Bishop and affirmed as an Apostle, his ministry extends beyond the pulpit. His apostolic assignment is rooted in building people, developing leaders, strengthening churches, establishing Kingdom culture, and equipping believers to walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose.

Alongside his wife, Executive Pastor Kimberly Turane, Apostle Raheem provides visionary leadership to GROW Church Houston with a shared commitment to cultivating a church where people can encounter God, experience authentic community, heal, develop, and ultimately GROW in faith, GROW as family, and GROW into their future.
